Spring Meeting/Open House/Swap Meet

Kawartha Downs and Speedway
As usual our spring meeting is to get all the members (and potential members) together to outline and discuss our 2009 racing season. Topics covered will be schedules, facilities, classes, sponsorship, tire selection, track layout and construction and bonus perks available to members this year.
Registrations will be accepted before and after the meeting, print off forms from the website (Club Info/membership) and be sure to have your medicals if required.
After the meeting there will be an Open House/Swap Meet. A great time to catch up with racing friends and try to sell that race suit that must have shrunk ‘cause it doesn’t fit now. For new or potential members this is a perfect opportunity to meet club members, ask questions and look for some of those bits and pieces that you still need.
Swap meet space is limited, KDKC members will be given preference until February 12th, but anyone is welcome to apply for space and everyone is welcome to attend. If you want space to sell you must contact Steve <mailto:admin@kawarthadurhamkartclub.com> with an idea of how much room you need and what you are bringing.
Agenda:
v 11:00 am – Swap Meet area open for people to set-up. Registrations accepted.
v 12:00 pm – Spring Meeting starts, swap met area will be closed.
v 2:00 pm – (approx.) Meeting ends, swap meet and open house starts, registrations accepted.
v 4:00 pm – It’s Sunday, go home and have dinner. Polish up the new stuff you bought.
Swap meet space and admission is free.
